See where you're signed in
Check every device signed in to your account and sign out the ones you no longer use or don't recognise.
On this page
Every browser you sign in with — your laptop, the venue's tablet, your phone — stays signed in until you sign out there. Active sessions on your account page lists them all, so you can end the ones you no longer use.
See your devices
Open your account page — see Open your account page — and scroll to Active sessions. Each row is one signed-in browser:
- the browser and the system it runs on, such as Chrome · macOS;
- the internet address it last connected from;
- when it was last active.
This device marks the one you are using now.
Sign out a device
Select Sign out on its row and confirm it's you. The row goes, and that browser can no longer renew its sign-in: within an hour at the latest, it is signed out and has to sign in again.
Sign out everywhere else
Sign out all others signs out every device but the one you are using, after you confirm it's you. Changing your password does the same — see Change your password.
Sign out of this device
The list doesn't sign out the device you are using. Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Log out.
On a computer other people use, untick Keep me signed in when you sign in: the session then ends when the browser is closed.
A device you don't recognise
Someone else may have your password. Sign that device out, change your password — which signs out every other device too — and turn on two-factor authentication, so a password alone is no longer enough.
