What does Table QR do?

It puts your menu on your guests' phones: they scan a QR code and your menu opens in their browser, and you keep it up to date in the dashboard. Depending on your plan, guests can also order from their table and ask for a table — see Table QR at a glance.

How much does it cost?

Prices are on our pricing page. What each plan includes is on Plans.

Can I try it for free?

Yes. The first organization you create starts with a free trial, and no card is needed to start it — see The free trial.

How long does it take to get a menu live?

The setup wizard builds your first venue and a starter menu, publishes it and hands you its QR code in a few minutes. Then you replace the sample dishes with your own — see Set up your first venue.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Guests scan the code with their phone's camera and your menu opens in the browser, with nothing to install and no account to create — see What guests see.

What do guests need on their phone?

A camera that reads QR codes, which almost every phone has, a web browser, and an internet connection to open the menu. See How QR codes work.

Does the menu work on a weak connection?

Yes. Once the menu has opened, guests keep reading it without a connection, and it catches up with your changes when they are back online — see Reliability and updates.

Which languages can my menu be in?

You choose your organization's languages from a list of more than a hundred, and your plan sets how many you can use. You translate the menu once, and each guest picks their language — see Translate a menu.

Can I run several venues?

Yes. Each venue is a location of your organization, with its own menus, tables and QR codes; how many locations you can have depends on your plan — see Create a location and Plans and limits.

I run several businesses. Do I need several accounts?

No. One account can own or belong to several organizations, and you switch between them in the dashboard — see Work with several organizations.

Can staff see only their own venue?

Yes. Give them a role at their location only, and your other venues don't appear for them anywhere in the dashboard — see Roles at a glance.

Can I import my existing menu?

No: there is no import from a PDF, a photo or a spreadsheet. Start from a ready-made starter menu and change it, or build your own from scratch — see Create a menu.

Can my guest menu use my own domain?

No. Your guest menu's address carries your organization's link and your location's link — see How QR codes work.

Can I export my data?

You can save your orders and your analytics reports as spreadsheets, and any menu as a PDF — see Find past orders and export them, How analytics works and Print a menu. For anything else, write to us — see Support.

Where can I get help?

Write to support@table-qr.com, and include the reference shown with any error — see Support.
