Plans

What each plan includes, which features an add-on can bring to a smaller plan, and where to find the prices.

Your organization is on one plan, and it applies to every location and every member. The plan decides which features you can use and how many locations, menus and other things you can have. How a locked feature and a reached limit look in the dashboard: Plans and limits.

Prices are on our pricing page. They depend on the country you buy from, and the Billing page shows them in your currency before you pay.

What each plan includes

Each guide page also says under its title which plans include what it describes.

How much each plan allows

Each plan also sets limits: locations, menus, menu items, languages, team seats, photo storage and how far back analytics go. The numbers, and what counts towards each: Limits and usage.

Add-ons

An add-on is bought on top of your plan and billed with it. It does one of two things:

  • It raises a limit without changing plan: Extra locations, Extra seats or Extra languages.
  • It adds a feature your plan does not include. In the table above, such a feature reads Add-on on the plans that can add it.

The Billing page also sells, under One-time extras, extras you buy once and that never renew — more image storage, for example. How to add either: Subscribe or change your plan.

Monthly or annual

You pay for your plan every month or every year — Monthly or Annual in the plan picker — and your add-ons follow the plan's interval. Paying for a year costs less than twelve months paid one by one; the plan picker shows the difference.

A plan for a chain

A restaurant group that needs more than the largest plan can agree a plan of its own with us, with its own limits and price. Ask through the pricing page.
