See who changed a product
Each product and add-on keeps a history of every save — who made it, when, and each value before and after.
When a price looks wrong or a description changed overnight, the product's history tells you what happened. Every save is recorded: who made it, when, and each value before and after.

Open a product's history
Open the product and select the Activity tab. Without access to the history, your role does not see the tab.
- Show the changes of one day or a range of dates.
- Show only the changes to one field, such as the price.
- Reveal who did this shows the name of the person who made this change.
- Details lists every value this save changed, before and after.
The newest change is at the top. One save is one entry, however many fields it changed: an entry shows the first change and how many more the save made. Older entries load as you ask for them, at the bottom of the list.
The history of a product includes its variants: a new size or a changed price is recorded on the product it belongs to.
Who made a change
Your own changes read You. Anyone else's read A team member until you select Reveal who did this, which shows the person for that entry only. The button is there only if your role can see the team's members.
An add-on's history
The add-on's Activity tab works the same way and includes its options: a renamed option or a new option price is recorded on the add-on.
