Do I need to reprint the QR codes when I change the menu?

No. A code holds only the address of your page, so new dishes, prices and photos show up on the codes already on your tables — see How QR codes work.

How soon do guests see a change?

As soon as it is live: saved on a published menu, or published. A guest who already has the menu open sees it update by itself within about two minutes — see Reliability and updates.

I changed the menu, but guests don't see it. Why?

Most often the change is on a draft that isn't published yet, or the location serves another menu at that hour. Each cause and its fix: Guests don't see your changes.

Can a QR code stop working?

Only when the address inside it changes — a new link for your organization or the location, a deleted location or table, a table code you reissued — see How QR codes work. Some days after your plan has ended, your codes open Temporarily unavailable until you subscribe again — see After the subscription ends.

Can I serve a breakfast menu in the morning and dinner at night?

Yes. Give each menu its serving hours; outside them, guests see that the menu isn't served now and can't order from it — see Schedule, pause and archive a menu. A location can also serve a menu on hours of its own — see Schedule a menu at a location.

How do I mark a dish as sold out?

Switch off Available on the dish's page: guests see it as Sold out and can't order it. To do it at one location only, use that location's overrides — see Add a product and Change dishes for one location.

Can one location charge different prices?

Yes. A location can change a dish's price, availability, name and photo for itself, while every other location keeps the catalogue's — see Change dishes for one location.

Does Table QR translate my menu for me?

No. You type each translation once, and a dish's translation serves every menu it is on; anything you haven't translated shows in your default language — see Translate a menu.

Can guests see prices in their own currency?

No. Each location shows its guests one currency, and you give every dish a price in each currency you sell in — see Prices in several currencies.

Can I show allergens and dietary information?

Yes. A dish can carry dietary tags, allergens, badges, portion, nutrition and preparation time, and guests can filter the menu by them — see Add dietary tags, allergens and nutrition.

Can I print a paper menu?

Yes. Turn any menu into a PDF in one language and currency, laid out for paper. Every plan. See Print a menu.

Do I need a different code on each table?

Only if guests order from their table: each table's own code lets an order arrive with the table's name. For a menu to read, one code per location is enough — see How QR codes work.

Can I go back to an earlier version of a menu?

Each time a menu goes live, what guests saw is kept as a version you can open, but versions are read-only. To bring something back, change the menu to match and save — see Look back at earlier versions.

Can I see how many people scanned each code?

For table codes, yes: the Tables report counts the visits each table's code brought — see Tables. A location's or a menu's code isn't counted on its own; Analytics counts how often guests open each location and menu — see How analytics works.
