Find products and change many at once

Search and filter the products and add-ons lists, and mark products sold out, tag or delete several at once.

On this page

The Products and Add-ons pages list your whole catalogue, a page at a time. Names show in your organization's default language.

Filter and sort

  1. Search by name, in any of your languages.
  2. Show only Available, Unavailable or Hidden products.
  3. Tags filters by dietary tags, badges and allergen information.
  4. Sort by newest, name or price.
  5. Table view or Grid view.

How the Tags filter combines what you pick:

  • dietary tags: products that carry every tag you pick, such as vegan and gluten-free;
  • badges: products that wear any of the badges you pick;
  • Allergens not specified: products whose allergens nobody has declared yet — your to-do list before guests filter by allergens. Allergens specified shows the rest.

Each row shows the photo, the name and short description, the tags, the price range in your default currency, the number of variants and the status. Select a row to open the product.

The search, filters, sort and page are kept in the page's address: the browser's back button returns to the same list, and a copied link opens it for a colleague.

Act on several products

Tick the products you want — the box in the header ticks the whole page — and the toolbar turns into actions for them.

  1. Mark unavailable: the products stay on the menu, shown as sold out.
  2. Mark available: guests can order them again.
  3. Add tag: a badge or a dietary tag, added to the ones each product already has.
  4. Remove tag: takes one badge or dietary tag off, leaving the others.
  5. Delete: removes the products from every menu, after you confirm. This cannot be undone.

Clear deselects everything and shows the search and filters again. Allergens are never changed in bulk: they are a fact about each recipe — set them on each product, see Dish details.

Who can use them

You see only the actions your role allows. Marking products sold out or available again:

Who can do this: Owner, Admin, Content manager, and Content editor, and at their location: Location manager, Shift lead, and Kitchen

The add-ons list

Add-ons lists every add-on with its type, the number of options, its price range and how many products offer it. Search by name, narrow the list to Optional, Single choice or Multiple choice add-ons, and switch between table and grid. Select a row to open the add-on — see Add-ons.
