The free trial
Your first organization starts with a 14-day free trial and no card: what it includes, how to set it up, and what happens when it ends.

The first organization you create starts a free trial the moment it exists. It lasts 14 days, needs no card, and nothing is ever charged unless you subscribe.
Who gets a trial
Each account gets one free trial, and each organization one. A second organization you create starts without a trial: until you subscribe, the dashboard shows This workspace needs a subscription. Deleting an organization doesn't give a trial back.
What it includes
- A whole plan. The trial starts on the plan marked Recommended, and you can switch it to any other plan while it runs: everything the plan you pick includes works at once — see Plans.
- Add-ons, free. Extra locations, seats, languages and the other add-ons cost nothing during the trial, up to 10 of each. They stop when the trial ends, unless you subscribe with them.
- Everything you build stays, whatever happens to the trial: menus, dishes, photos, QR codes and settings.
People who can see billing find how many days are left at the top of the dashboard, with Upgrade to open the Billing page. A week and two days before the end, we email the people who manage billing.
Set up your trial
Choose now the plan and add-ons you will subscribe with, and try them for free.
Who can do this: Owner and Finance
Open Billing
Open Billing. During the trial the page opens on Set up your trial.
Pick the plan and the interval
Choose the plan, and Monthly or Annual under Billing interval. The interval only matters once you subscribe.
Add the add-ons you want
Under Add-ons & extras, add what you need. Summary shows what the plan and add-ons will cost once you subscribe; nothing is due today.
Save
Select Save trial setup. The plan and add-ons apply at once.
A setup that gives you fewer locations, menus, dishes, languages or seats than you already use is refused: add more, or pick a bigger plan.
Subscribe before it ends
On the same page, select Subscribe now instead. You pay for the plan and add-ons you set up, the trial ends, and your paid plan starts that day — see Subscribe or change your plan.
When the trial ends
Nothing is charged: there is no card to charge. The add-ons stop, then:
- For 3 days, the dashboard is read-only, with a banner counting the days and Renew. Your guest menus stay open, with a note that they may soon become unavailable, and guests can't place orders.
- After that, guests who open your menus see Temporarily unavailable. The dashboard shows Your free trial has ended over every page except Billing.
Nothing is deleted. Subscribe on the Billing page at any time, and everything opens again.
