Plans and limits

How your plan decides what you can use and how much of it, what a locked feature and a reached limit look like, and where you see your usage.

Your organization's plan decides two things: which features you can use, and how many of some things you can have. It is one plan for the whole organization — every location and every member works within it.

What each plan includes is listed on Plans; prices are on the pricing page.

A feature that is not on your plan

Where a feature needs another plan, its controls are replaced by a card with a lock. The card names the plan that includes the feature, says what it does, and has a button to see the plans. The rest of the page works as usual.

In this guide, the tag under a page's title says which plans include what the page describes, and a feature mentioned in passing is followed by its plans. Scheduled publishing, for example: On Pro and Ultimate.

Turning something off never needs the plan. After moving to a smaller plan you can still remove a menu's schedule, cancel a scheduled publication, delete a custom role or reset a QR code design.

Limits

Some things are counted for the whole organization: locations, menus, menu items, languages, team members and image storage. How many each plan allows: Limits and usage.

  • At a limit, the page where you add that kind of thing shows how many of how many you use and which plan has more room, and the button that adds one is switched off.
  • Over a limit — after moving to a smaller plan, for example — nothing is deleted, but adding and editing that kind of thing is paused until you remove the extras or get more room. Deleting always works.

A bigger plan raises the limits, and some of them can also be raised on their own from the Billing page, without changing plan.

Where you see your usage

  • Billing shows every limit next to how much of it you use.
  • SettingsUsage shows the images and storage your menus use.

The Billing page, the banner at a limit and the switched-off button are only for the people who can see billing. Anyone else sees the page as usual, and adding one more past the limit is refused.

The free trial

The first organization you create starts on a free trial, and the dashboard shows how many days of it are left. What the trial includes and what happens when it ends: Free trial.

Choosing or changing the plan is done on the Billing page.
