- Changes to a live menu go to review. Someone who can edit a menu but not publish it now sends a published menu's changes to a reviewer, who approves or rejects them; until then guests see the menu as it was — see Send changes to a live menu for review. A menu taken out of review no longer keeps a publication scheduled before it was submitted.
- Confirm it's you with Google. An account that signs in only with Google now confirms sensitive changes by signing in with Google again, so it can set a password or delete itself — see Confirm it's you.
- Passwords of 8 characters or more. Signing up, resetting a password and joining a team now ask for at least 8 characters, as changing a password already did. A shorter password you already have still signs you in — see Sign-in and password.
- Any authenticator signs you in. With two-factor authentication on, a code from any authenticator on your account now signs you in and confirms it's you, so a second one is a real spare when you lose your phone — see Add a second authenticator.
- This guide. The Table QR documentation is open, in English and Russian: every part of the dashboard and the guest menu, step by step, with screenshots from the app. Start with Table QR at a glance.

- Promotions on the menu. Put promo banners above a menu, recommend dishes to guests and give a few dishes a bigger card — see Promote dishes on a menu.
- Order history. The History view of the Orders page finds a location's past orders by day, number, status, payment or table, and exports them — see Find past orders and export them.
- New roles. Six ready-made roles join the list: Content manager, Content editor, Marketing and Finance for the organization, Shift lead and Kitchen for a location. "Kitchen & floor staff" is now Floor staff, and "Member" is now Viewer — see Roles at a glance.
11 October 2026
- Table service. The Tables view of the Orders page shows every table and its guests' bills. Staff take orders for guests without a phone, take items off, join and split bills, and guests can leave a tip — see Serve tables.
10 October 2026
- Eleven more languages. The dashboard, and the buttons and labels of the guest menu, now come in Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish and Ukrainian, as well as English and Russian — see Language and theme.
- Booking link. Each location that takes reservations has a link that opens its reservation form directly, to share or print — see Share your booking link.
9 October 2026
- Notifications. The bell at the top of the dashboard collects messages for you — a teammate who joined, the end of your trial, a change to your plan — see Notifications.
- Trial and billing emails. The people who manage billing get an email a week and again two days before the free trial ends, when the subscription changes, and before the menus go offline — see The free trial.
- Photos from the library. Pick a photo you already uploaded wherever you add one, and give each group on a menu a photo of its own — see Add photos and manage the media library.
8 October 2026
- Table reservations. Guests ask for a table from your venue page with a form you design, and your team answers on the Reservations page — see Turn on table reservations.
- Venue page. A venue page can show a card for each menu with today's hours, and your social and delivery links; with several locations, your organization's link lists them all — see The venue page and the location directory.
- Guest ratings. Once an order is done, its status page can ask the guest for a rating — see The review prompt.
- Menu hours per location. A location can serve a menu on hours of its own or around the clock, and switch its default menu at a set moment — see Schedule a menu at a location.
- Invitations. The invitation email now also reaches people who already have a Table QR account — see Invite your team.
- Prices in your currency. Plans are priced and charged in the currency of the country you buy from — see Currency and taxes.
- Plans. The plans were reworked; what each one includes now is on Plans.

- Search. Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) to jump to any page, action, or one of your locations, menus and dishes by name — see Search and jump with ⌘K.
5 October 2026
- Printed menus. Turn any menu into a PDF for paper menus, in the language and currency of your choice — see Print a menu.
3 October 2026
- Guest ordering. Guests order from their table or for pickup, call a waiter and ask for the bill from their phone, and your staff work it all on the Orders page; guests pay at the venue — see How guest ordering works.
- Email receipts. A guest who leaves an email address gets a receipt once their bill is paid — see Send email receipts.
- Sales report. What your orders brought in, day by day, and which dishes sell best — see The sales report.
- Dish details. A dish can carry dietary tags, allergens, badges, portion, nutrition and preparation time, and guests can filter the menu by them — see Add dietary tags, allergens and nutrition.
- Ad pixels. Connect your ad and analytics tags to your guest menu; where consent is required, nothing loads until the guest agrees — see Ad pixels.
