The venue page and the location directory
What guests see on a location's own page and on the page that lists all your locations, and where each part comes from.
On this page
Every location has a public page of its own: its photos, its menus, its hours and how to reach it. Guests land on it from the location's QR code or a link you share. When you have several locations, one more page lists them all.
Open it
On the location's page in the dashboard, click View storefront. The bar under the header shows the address: your organization's link, then the location's. Print its QR code from the location's QR codes tab — see How QR codes work.
What guests see
From the top:
- The photo gallery; guests swipe through it and tap a photo to see it full size.
- The venue's name, its tags and its few lines About, in the guest's language.
- The way into the menus: one View the menu button, or a card per menu with today's hours and whether it is served now — see One button or a card per menu.
- Book a table, when the location takes reservations — see Turn on table reservations.
- The address with a map link, and how to reach you: phone, email, social networks and website.
- Opening hours for the week, marked Open now or Closed on the venue's clock; the Wi-Fi with buttons to copy its name and password; your map, delivery and review links.
Each part appears only once it is filled in on the location's Details tab — see Create a location. Changing what the page shows needs the right to edit the location:
Who can do this: Owner and Admin, and at their location: Location manager
The page takes your colours, fonts and logo — see Make the guest menu look like your brand. A hidden location's page shows Page not found.
The location directory
With more than one location, your organization's own link — the venue page's address without the location's part — opens Our locations: a card for every location guests can open, with its first photo, its address, whether it is open now and its first tags. When your venues are in more than one city, guests can pick a city. Each venue page then offers All locations to go back to the list.
With a single location guests can open, the link goes straight to its venue page. Hidden locations are never listed.
To keep your venues apart — each page on its own, no list and no way back to it — open SettingsGeneral, turn off List all locations on the storefront and save. Your organization's link then shows Page not found.
