Table QR at a glance
What Table QR does for your restaurant, café or bar, and how your organization, locations, catalogue, menus, guest menu, QR codes and plan fit together.
On this page
Table QR puts your menu on your guests' phones. A guest scans a QR code at the table or by the door, and your menu opens in their browser — there is no app to install. You keep the menu up to date in the dashboard, and the printed code stays the same however often the menu changes.

You create every dish once, in your catalogue. Menus arrange those dishes, locations serve the menus, and guests reach a location's menus through its QR codes. Locations, menus and the catalogue explains how the pieces connect.
Your organization
The organization is your business: it owns your locations, catalogue, menus, QR codes, team and plan. Everything you set up lives inside it. If you run several businesses, each can be its own organization, and you switch between them in the dashboard — see Find your way around the dashboard.
Locations
A location is one venue: its name, address, opening hours, tables and QR codes. A café with two branches has two locations, and each decides which of your menus it serves. See Create a location.
The catalogue
Your products and add-ons, each with its names, descriptions, photos, sizes and a price per currency. A product belongs to the organization, not to one menu, so a change to it reaches every menu that shows it. See Add a product.
Menus
A menu arranges products from the catalogue into groups and categories — a dinner menu, a drinks list, a breakfast card. You edit it, then publish it, and guests see the published version. See Build a menu and Publish a menu.
The guest menu
What guests see on their phone: your venue's page and its menus, with photos, prices, dietary tags and allergens, in the languages you translate the menu into. See What guests see.
- Ordering at the table — guests send their order from the menu, and your staff work it on the Orders page. On Pro and Ultimate. See How guest ordering works.
- Table reservations — guests ask for a table from your venue page. On Pro and Ultimate, or with the Table reservations add-on. See Turn on table reservations.
QR codes
Every location has codes that open its page or one of its menus. A table can have its own code, so your staff know where an order came from. Since the code points to the menu rather than containing it, a new dish or price never needs a reprint. See How QR codes work.
Your team
Invite the people you work with and give each a role, for the whole organization or for one location: an admin helps you run everything, while kitchen staff see only their own venue's orders. See Roles at a glance.
Plans
Your plan decides which features your organization can use and how many locations, menus and languages it can have. The first organization you create starts with a free trial, and you choose a plan at the end of the setup. See Plans and limits; prices are on the pricing page.
Where to start
Create your account, then let the setup wizard build your first venue and menu — see Set up your first venue.
