Change your organization's name, link and country
Rename your organization, change the link in your guest pages' address, and set the country it is based in.
SettingsGeneral holds what identifies your organization: its name, its link, its country, the list of your locations guests can open, and its logo.
Who can do this: Owner and Admin
Change the name, link or country
Open the General section
Open SettingsGeneral. It is the section Settings opens on.
- Name: your organization's name.
- Slug: its link, the part of your guest pages' address that names your organization.
- Country: where your organization is based.
- List all locations on the storefront: whether your organization's link opens a list of your locations.
- Logo: the logo of your dashboard, your guest pages and your QR codes.
Change what you need
Field What it does Name Your team sees it across the dashboard, and guests see it on your guest pages — over your list of locations, for example. Slug It is in the address of every guest page and of the dashboard. 2 to 60 lowercase letters, numbers and dashes, not starting or ending with a dash. It must be free: a link another organization uses, or a word we reserve for our own pages, is refused when you save. Country Where your organization is based. In some countries the law requires guests to agree before advertising pixels load, and there the guest menu asks them first — see Marketing pixels. Save
Select Save changes, or Discard to drop what you changed.
A new link changes the address of every guest page. The QR codes you printed before, and links you shared, stop opening your menus: print new codes — see Print and place your QR codes. The dashboard moves to the new address by itself.
The list of your locations
With List all locations on the storefront on, your organization's link opens a list of your locations, and each venue page links back to it. Turn it off to keep your venues apart, then save. What guests see either way: The location directory.
Your logo
Upload your logo under Logo, or pick one from your library, then save. Where it appears, and how a location or a menu uses a logo of its own: Add your logo.
The list switch and the logo belong to your brand, so they need another permission than the name, link and country:
