Share your booking link
Send guests straight to a location's reservation form from your website, your social profiles, a message or print.
Every location that takes reservations has its own booking link. It opens the reservation form directly, so guests who want a table do not have to find it on your venue page first.
Everyone who can open the location sees its booking link and can copy it.
Copy the link
Open the location's reservations
Open the location from Locations and go to its Reservations tab.
Copy the link
Under Booking link, click Copy. Clicking the link itself opens the form in a new tab, to check what guests see.
- Copy puts the link on your clipboard.
The block shows only while the location takes reservations — see Turn on table reservations. The link is your venue page's link followed by /book.
Where to share it
- Your website: behind a button or a link to book a table.
- Your social profiles and the link in their bio.
- Your replies to guests who write to you for a table.
- A promo banner on your menu can open the form too — see Merchandising.
Your venue page already shows Book a table while the location takes reservations — see The venue page.
Print it
Print the link on flyers, receipts or cards as it is. For something guests scan, print the location's QR code instead: it opens your venue page, where Book a table is one tap away — see How QR codes work.
What guests see
Guests pick a day, the number of guests and a time among those your rules allow, answer your questions and tap Send request. They then see their request with its date, time and number of guests, and that you will contact them to confirm. The request reaches your Reservations page as New — see Manage reservations.
If the location stops taking reservations, the link still opens: the page says the venue does not take reservations online and leads back to the venue page.
