Review the activity log
The Activity page lists every change made across your organization — what changed, when, who made it, and each value before and after.
On this page
When a price looks wrong, a menu went live early or someone's access changed, the activity log tells you what happened. Every save anyone makes — to menus, dishes, locations, settings, the team or billing — is recorded, and nobody in the organization can edit or delete the record.
Every plan.
Who can do this: Owner, Admin, Content manager, and Finance
Open the log
Open Activity in the sidebar. The newest change is at the top; older ones load when you ask for more at the bottom of the list.
- A category shows one kind of change only.
- Filter by date: a day, or a range of days and times.
- Reveal who did this shows the name of the person behind this entry.
- Details lists everything this save changed.
One save is one entry, however many things it changed: publishing a menu with its sections, or a dish with its sizes and prices. The entry names the main thing and shows the first change; Details lists every value the save changed, before and after. A "before" value the log has no record of reads Not recorded. A deleted dish or location keeps its name in the log.
Narrow it down
Pick a category above the list:
| Category | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Menu & content | Menus and their versions, categories, dishes, add-ons, prices, badges and promotions, and the overrides locations and menus make to them. |
| Locations | Locations, their tags, the menus they serve, their tables, and their own ordering and reservation settings. |
| Team & access | Invitations, roles and who holds them, and visits by Table QR support. |
| Billing | Your plan, its add-ons and purchases, and limits or features Table QR changed for you. |
| Settings | The organization's own settings and a change of owner, ordering and reservation settings, QR codes and ad pixels. |
Filter by date keeps the changes of one day or a range. To follow one thing — a menu, a dish, a location — open an entry's Details and select Show only this entity's activity: the log keeps the changes to that thing and its parts, such as a dish's sizes or a location's tables. If your role shows IDs, you can paste one into Entity ID instead. Clear filters brings the whole log back.
Who made a change
| The entry reads | Who it was |
|---|---|
| You | You. |
| A team member | Someone on your team. Reveal who did this shows who, for that entry only. |
| Automation (scheduler) | Something you scheduled, such as a menu published at the time you set. |
| Automation (webhook) | A change your payment provider reported, such as a renewed subscription. |
| Support | Table QR support, working in your dashboard. The log doesn't name the employee. |
Names stay hidden until someone asks for them, so the log can be read without showing who did what. Revealing a name also takes the right to see the team, so not everyone who reads the log can reveal names.
What the log doesn't hold
The log records changes to how your business is set up. The day's service has its own records: orders and payments are on Find past orders and export them, bookings on Manage reservations. Changes to your own account, such as a new password, aren't in the log either.
Elsewhere in the dashboard
- The overview page's Recent activity card shows the latest changes of the last 24 hours; View all opens this page.
- Each product and add-on has an Activity tab with its own history — see See who changed a product.
