Write to us in Telegram
Connect your account to our Telegram bot once, then write to us in Telegram and get our replies there.
Connect your Table QR account to our Telegram bot once, and you can write to us from Telegram: we know it's you, your messages join your support conversations in the dashboard, and our replies come to Telegram too. Message us on Telegram is in the Help menu when we offer it.
Connect Telegram
Open Telegram in the support panel
Select HelpMessage us on Telegram. The Telegram for support card on your account page does the same.
Connect
Select Connect Telegram. Telegram opens on our bot: the Telegram app on a phone, a new tab on a computer. If it doesn't open, select Open Telegram.
Start the bot
Press Start in Telegram. Within a few seconds the dashboard says Connected, with your Telegram username when you have one.
The link works once, and only for a short time: the panel shows until when. When it runs out, the panel says so — select Create a new link and start the bot again.
The connection belongs to your account, not to an organization: it holds in every organization you work in.
Write to us in Telegram
- Write to the bot as you would in the support panel. Your messages join your conversations, so they are listed under HelpYour conversations like any other. When you belong to one organization, a conversation you start in Telegram is about it.
- Our replies come to Telegram while you write to us there, as well as to the panel, the bell and your email.
- /new starts a new conversation: your next message opens one instead of continuing the last.
- /stop disconnects Telegram from your account.
Our hours, languages and reply times are the same as in the panel — see What to expect.
Disconnect Telegram
Select Disconnect in the support panel or on the Telegram for support card of your account page, or send /stop to the bot. The bot stops passing your messages on straight away; your conversations stay in the dashboard. You can connect again at any time.
While Telegram is connected, we keep your Telegram user ID, chat ID and username with your account, until you disconnect it or delete your account — see our Privacy Policy.
